He said he could readily identify Sayadi's voice whether he was speaking English or Arabic.
Allegedly during the fishing expedition of Sayadi's home, police found camouflage clothing, documents and cutouts of various bombs and nuclear devices, along with a CD entitled, "The Legitimacy of Martyrdom Operations" and a video called "And Incite The Believers."
Makes you wonder what would have happened if he'd searched some western suburbs homes what police could find if it were Rambo! So what was illegal about that? Posters, posted rooms and music? If it were true then 'what a crime'?
Allegedly a rifle was also found, it was wrapped in a towel, and rolled inside a carpet. But even if that were true what damage was going to be done with a riffle that could be found in many homes in Australia kept by some that may like guns and also believe in self-defence.

The prosecution today played a taped conversation between defendants Shoue Hammoud and Bassam Raad in which the prosecution alleges Raad suggests the authorities that put other members of their group in jail need to be slaughtered.
But in a heated volley of legal argument, defence lawyers said the reference to slaughter instead refereed to Raad's fears about what could happen to his friends in jail.
The defence lawyers said the prosecution was trying to drum up outrageous headlines to excite the media and to compound the fear being peddled in the Australian community.
The defence lawyers said the prosecution should just get on with the evidence.
