1. Any tenant who complains in writing the Housing Association contacts the local authority [as the Local Authority obtains properties from the Housing Association].
2. The Local Authority [acts very closely with the Housing Association] in concert with the Housing Association, the Local Authority Housing Benefit Department places an INHIBITION or STOP on the Local Authority Housing Benefit payments - this is invariably merely passed off as a 'CLERICAL ERROR'. The tenants are understood to be 'too stupid' to see the connection betyween the purported rent arrears and the need for houses by the local authority. These measures tend to be identified as unaccountable actions to favour the 'mutual dependancy culture'. This leads to corruption and the misappropriation of housing stock.
I have witnesses who are prepared to identify management of the Housing Association who are offering housing stock properties for a cash sum. [The same as cash for peerages. Cash for Housing Trust properties.]
3. The level of intelligence of Housing Association tenants tends to be fairly low, as far as the Housing Associations are concerned, so it is fairly easy to manipulate 99.99% of the tenants. Yet - with any general rule - there are invariably exceptions to ANY general rule! It is an immensely foolish person of any organization who does not respect such individuals who are knowledgeable of the system and how it works.
4. The only effective weapon against the Housing Associations is through THE LAW.
The Housing Ombudsman is NOT independent.
The Law Centres are NOT Independent [Funded by Local Authorities].
The Housing Advice Centres are NOT Independent [Funded by Local Authorities].

The management then try to harass the tenant by sending out numerous complaint forms and more unnecessary forms to try to goad the good tenant and insist that officials from NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST visit the property to conduct inspections to glean the 'necessary' evidence to then attack the complaining tenant, tenant audit forms are then personally delivered and it is insted that tenants MUST be at the property at specific times.
The management representative then sends two staff to support each other with the 'necessary' evidence in order to 'find' breaches of the tenancy agreement, whatever the minor detail. Yet this unlawful behaviour all constitutes Harassment.

The Reality of Chairman MAO:
Mao Tse-tung may be the most powerful person who has ever lived. He controlled almost a billion [1,000,000] people for more than twenty five years. - Being another victim of the same landlords whereby the tenant complained several times in writing of the disrepair of their heater and this was witnessed and nothing was done ... the good respectable tenant was treated with total contempt by the management and the tenant was killed by the negligence of the landlords... was this manslaughter or was it even murder?

1. Any tenant who complains in writing the Housing Association contacts the local authority [as the Local Authority obtains properties from the Housing Association].
2. The Local Authority [acts very closely with the Housing Association] in concert with the Housing Association, the Local Authority Housing Benefit Department places an INHIBITION or STOP on the Local Authority Housing Benefit payments - this is invariably merely passed off as a 'CLERICAL ERROR'. The tenants are understood to be 'too stupid' to see the connection betyween the purported rent arrears and the need for houses by the local authority. These measures tend to be identified as unaccountable actions to favour the 'mutual dependancy culture'. This leads to corruption and the misappropriation of housing stock.
I have witnesses who are prepared to identify management of the Housing Association who are offering housing stock properties for a cash sum. [The same as cash for peerages. Cash for Housing Trust properties.]
3. The level of intelligence of Housing Association tenants tends to be fairly low, as far as the Housing Associations are concerned, so it is fairly easy to manipulate 99.99% of the tenants. Yet - with any general rule - there are invariably exceptions to ANY general rule! It is an immensely foolish person of any organization who does not respect such individuals who are knowledgeable of the system and how it works.
4. The only effective weapon against the Housing Associations is through THE LAW.
The Housing Ombudsman is NOT independent.
The Law Centres are NOT Independent [Funded by Local Authorities].
The Housing Advice Centres are NOT Independent [Funded by Local Authorities].

The management then try to harass the tenant by sending out numerous complaint forms and more unnecessary forms to try to goad the good tenant and insist that officials from NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST visit the property to conduct inspections to glean the 'necessary' evidence to then attack the complaining tenant, tenant audit forms are then personally delivered and it is insted that tenants MUST be at the property at specific times.
The management representative then sends two staff to support each other with the 'necessary' evidence in order to 'find' breaches of the tenancy agreement, whatever the minor detail. Yet this unlawful behaviour all constitutes Harassment.

The Reality of Chairman MAO:
Mao Tse-tung may be the most powerful person who has ever lived. He controlled almost a billion [1,000,000] people for more than twenty five years.
