HoWARd's Police State Borders Policy

But the real issue is - that what they really want - is to send the boats arriving in waves with people crammed in - trying to survive - and avoid being persecuted - by rogue guberments - and state sanctioned terrorists, like Indonesia - to be sent back for more persecution!

AUSTRALIA: NEO-NATIONALIST SIN-ATOR barnaby joyce has raised concerns that West Papuans with legitimate asylum claims could be left languishing on Nauru for years under the guberment's new Police State Borders Policy.

Under controversial legislation introduced by the dictatorship yesterday, asylum seekers arriving by boat will not be welcomed here in Australia but will be hauled to Nauru or Manus Island in Papua New Guinea, without access to the Australian legal system.

Immigration miniature amanda vanitystone intimated those found to be refugees would remain on a jail island without any access to the law until resettlement to - somewhere else.

But Sin-ator joyce said legitimate asylum seekers could be stranded for years if they were not accepted by another country.

"Basically the West Papuans should be allowed to come to Australia if they can prove they are persecuted where they come from and have nowhere else to go, otherwise they become stateless people," he said.

What a joke

He said he reserved? his position on whether he would oppose the legislation, which would be defeated in the Sin-ate if one guberment sin-ator and all non-government sin-ators voted against it.

Family 'Last' Sin-ator steve fielding is also "yet to decide"? how he will vote but warned it was ludicrous to keep people in detention for years.

I'm not sure ludicrous is the right word steve how about abhorrent?

Just depends on whose family it is! Hey steve?

Last year nine Afghans were accepted as refugees after more than 3½ years in offshore detention.

The tough new 'Police State Borders Policy' was announced in April 'allegedly' following a diplomatic row with Jakarta after 42 West Papuans were granted temporary protection visas.

But there will be No Escape from Stalag 13!

So because Indonesia wants stop West Papuans leaving persecution the Neo-Liberal Nationalists need to make a new law so they can be taken to a prison Island and sent back for persecution, otherwise they'll remain on a jail island.

Neo-Liberal backbenchers including Victorians Judith Troeth, Petro Georgiou and Russell Broadbent this week told the party room they did not support the plan. They have not 'indicated' if they would cross the floor in a vote or abstain?

Dissenting MPs intimated the gubernment is trying to appease Indonesia and the legislation could see children returned to detention.

But Sin-ator vanitystone intimated the gubernment would not allow Australia's strong Police State Border control to be undermined.

"The last thing we want to see is a return of unsafe boats arriving in waves with people crammed in to line the pockets of people smugglers," she said. MPs will debate the proposed laws in June, after a Senate inquiry reports its findings.

But the real issue is - that what they really want - is to send the boats arriving in waves with people crammed in - trying to survive - and avoid being persecuted - by rogue guberments - and state sanctioned terrorists, like Indonesia - to be sent back for more persecution!

Foreign miniature alexander 'drowner' intimated yesterday he hopes to meet his Indonesian counterpart, Hassan Wirajuda, in Singapore on Monday, in a bid to appease the persecution drift. He intimated talks would provide a good opportunity to make it look good. And that he was doing the right thing by the other State Sanctioned Terrorists the Indonesian guberment, but not for a song!

A spokesman for the West Papua independence campaign, Nick Chesterfield, said Indonesia needed to allow an international forensic team to investigate claims that a student activist was stabbed to death by members of a naval patrol as a group of 21 attempted to flee Indonesia.
