…………………………………..
My tears are like the river thames now!
as I weep with all the unnamed mourners
as I try to fathom the immeasurable loss
for I know I cannot ever know just how
desperate you felt as you swam before us
how you must have wished you could tell
us what was paining you what hurt you bore
how you had lost your family your partner
how you hoped you would see them soon
You appeared on the river thames like a miracle
and instantly transformed us into caring humans
and showed us just how much love we carried
within trapped in us under the pressures of age
You swam and we prayed, you looked tired
and we prayed and we wished for a miracle
again and we prayed for you to find your way
and back to family friends relatives in the sea
I weep for you with all the unnamed mourners
I pray for your soul as i feel that may be you
came to tell us something more than just you
may be you came to tell us that we must now
act to save others of your family facing death
from traders, violators who are causing death
to uncounted others of your family and society
I weep for you for none of us could save you
though we all of us prayed with all our hearts
that we would be able to say a glad bye to you off to the sea
rather than spend this sunday in those torrent of tears like a sea
May god look after you where your soul is now
and may god give comfort and protection to all
your family and friends and relatives who are missing
you and may god stop all the bad people trying to
hurt all the other whales in any part of any sea…’
