3. TO RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF MEMBERS OF THE
AFRO-COLOMBIAN POPULATION IN THE HUMANITARIAN ZONES OF
BELLA FLOR REMACHO, PUEBLO NUEVO AND NUEVA ESPERANZA.
NOT TO MILITARIZE THESE PEACE ZONES.
4. PLEASE ASK THE GOVERNMENT WHAT ARE THEY DOING
ABOUT PARAMILITARY ACTIVITY IN THE AREA OF
JIGUAMIANDO AND CURVARADO.
5. THAT THE GOVERNMENT SUSPEND IMMEDIATELY THE CUTTING
DOWN OF VIRGIN RAINFOREST IN COLLECTIVE TERRITORY OF
THE INDIGENOUS AFRO-COLOMBIAN POPULATION. AND TO STOP
THE ILLEGAL PLANTING OF AFRICAN PALM.
TO THE INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THEIR MANDATE TO ESTABLISH WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
THIS ATTACK ON JUSTICE AND PEACE.
