An undercover lawyer from the law firm Clifford Chance has been exposed after infiltrating a local London animal rights group.
The legal idiot from the law firm Clifford Chance (who left details of his employers in a carrier bag he brought to a meeting) admitted under questioning that his objective was to persuade activists to intensify the London campaign against State Street Bank which would enable Clifford Chance as State Streets lawyers to move against various animal rights organisations including the Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty campaign.
State Street Bank have become targets because of their association with Huntingdon Life Sciences (see www.shac.net).
The events that unfolded at a small informal private meeting of campaigners last week has horrified all those in the animal rights movement. The campaign as reported on shac.net has consisted of peaceful protests against State Street Bank in the Docklands and City areas of London.
Campaigners in London have obtained a list of the partners of Clifford Chance and plan to individually and politely contact them expressing their concern at the activities of some of their lawyers.

What's the problem? Don't animal rights groups regularly go undercover to expose animal rights abuses?

What????

Are you (Paul Edwards) thick or something?
This isn't a case of people going undercover, it is a case af trying to incite aggressive/illegal behaviour in order to provoke a legal clampdown.
That would be a kin to AR campaigners going undercover to encourage people to torture or kill more animals. Would you support that?
