Please read, sign and circulate among friends and defenders of elemantary human rights of Basque People.
Ernesto ALBERDI, Jon ARTOLA, Axun GORROTXATEGI, Asier ARRONATEGI, Felix GARTZIA and Joseba URKIJO are six Basque citizens actually retained by Mexican Justice Administration on request of Spanish judge Baltasar GARZON REAL, a wellknown manipulator of facts trending to criminalize paceful behavours related to the defense of autodetermination rights of Basque Country (Euskal Herria).
Several Basque institutions related with elementary human rights (newspapers, radios, cultural centers,...) are presently closed, as well as hundreds of Basque citizens imprisoned (most of them tortured) under manipulated sues, charging them of mermership or colaboration with armed organization Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA). Although there are evidences of manipulation, the situation of injustice prevails.
A protest against any eventual “political delivery” of the above 6 Basque citizens legally residenced in Mexico will be sent in the next coming days to Mexican authorities. We thank you for the support against the pretension of a “legal” Spanish system looking to erase the right of autodetermination of Basque people.
