Ulla Roder, the Danish peace-activiste who disarmed a tornado jet in Leuchars (Scotland) just before the Iraq war started, issued a statement explaining amongst other things why the justice system in Scotland is not about justice, but about silencing and oppression.
And therefor why she choose not to attent court any longer and is in hiding. Her disarmament action was completely accountable, but Ulla is intelligent enough to not fall for the tricks of powermongering people who wanna silence resistence.
(Anyway, that is my (Ludd's) opinion)
