Incredible confession by mayor Ken - the Surrogates are out of order!

Today's ‘news’ headlines in the UK [Friday 1 September 2006] include 'London mayor Ken Livingstone's alleged denunciation of CRE 'chair' Trevor Phillips. But what created this very presenting himself as very white? Who are the forces behind the tragedy of the Ethnic Surrogates in Britain? Who are the Ethnic Surrogates I devised this analytical tool in the 12980s when I was engaged in the battle against Ken Livingstone’s GLC-based programme of corrupting London by abusing the presence of racism. Coincidence or Grooming? Oscar Beard's chance to join MI5

The whole idea, for anyone who has known me for any amount of time, is absurd. Yet, the very charismatic cameraman and regular annoyance of the boys in blue - yes, Oscar Beard has been sent an invite to join MI5 through a recruitment agency. Now this, for most, would not cause a second blink, and they would probably hit the delete button instantly, if it wasn't for the incident leading up to the job vacancy appearing in my inbox on 14 August, 2006.

Defining Free Speech

Why has the noun and right of free speech been removed from the 10th edition of the Oxford Dictionary? Does this have anything to do with Tony the Toad's rediculous Socpa Act? Are you old enough to remember Perry Mason, the detective? Do you like secret societies? I have a few questions in my mind...

SOCPA - crown court appeal could open doors to mass civil disobedience

supporters outside the court on thursday
chris coverdale appeared in front of southwark crown court judges on thursday morning to appeal against his conviction under the new serious organised crime and police act for holding an 'unauthorised demonstration in parliament square (the designated area)'. rather than offering a human rights defence, he is challenging the legality of the Iraq war and the mass murder of 100,000 innocent Iraqis, claiming that in law the killings are an act of genocide and that he and every adult citizen has a duty in law to prevent the prime minister and members of the british government from committing such heinous crimes. the outcome of this case could have massive legal implications. The Welfare Reform Bill: A move to a 21st Century version of the Workhouse?

The government is targeting millions of disabled people with the threat of losing up to 30 pounds per week if the claimant does not comply with their plans. The proposed replacement to Incapacity Benefit (IB), the Employment Support Allowance (ESA), will only rise above £56 a week (JSA levels) if the claimant meets very strict requirements. Read more >>

SOCPA - a stench of lies and corruption from the met and charing cross

i went to cover the gently amusing 'multiple lone demonstrations' (15 of them) organised by mark thomas in parliament square this evening ( http://indymedia.org.uk/en/2006/07/345974.html), but one story or action after another left me disgusted by the end of the evening. Read more >>

Stop Guardian reviving Salman Rushdie backing Monica Ali attack on community

What or which is the single most pernicious ‘mainstream British media factory’ for legitimising racist falsification? It is not the London Daily Mail. We know that is what the Daily Mail wants to do. It is the Guardian which denies the accusation but does it daily. Closer examination of the Guardian’s staff composition shows that more of them follow the agenda of the racist Daily mail than would admit to doing. The Guardian’s latest crusade against the community in the East End of London has brought to the fore the latest version of a pro-racist phantom image which the Guardian then uses as the tool to enable the likes of Salman Rushdie to get back to doing what they are paid and given platform to do – justify racism under any pretext at any time. The community has been defamed by the likes of the Guardian for more than 50 years in the Eats End of London. Now they are resuming that assault via their composite

Londonwide Group backs Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail Bill

As the Westminster House of Commons Crossrail Select Committee practically winds down the main business of going through the motions of hearing objections to the Bill, concern is rising about the very shabby way that the Committee has treated the main opponents.
It is expected that the Select Committee will back the Government Crossrail Bill. Thousands of families will suffer across the East End as a result.
To prevent this becoming inevitable, a London wide democracy pressure group has today extended its support to the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against Crossrail attacks on the Brick Lane and Whitechapel Area in East London
This announcement follows a day long campaign against Crossrail hole attacks programme conference held in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area today.
