Kindly refer to the media reports and joint statements of film actor Emraan Hashmi along with producer / director Mahesh Bhatt about purchase of property / flat in Nibbana Cooperative Housing Society on Pali Hill in Bandra from Shri M D Suvarna , owner of the flat. As per the allegations leveled by Emraan Hashmi and Mahesh Bhatt, against the said society office bearers are communal in nature which is a criminal conspiracy to divide the society.
Hence criminal proceedings may kindly be initiated against both of them under intimation to us.
