Media and press follow only high profile cases at large and in major high profile cases only appropriate forum like press information bureau of the Govt. may be allowed for any disclosure, information about development of the matter avoiding secret information which hurt the prosecution or natural justice, where as no one is interested in low profile or routine court cases.
Naresh Kadyan, Representative of the International Organization for Animal Protection - OIPA in India asked the bar council of India, all state bar councils to look in to for strict compliance of their instructions framed for their members, Govt. agencies also have to check them as per their public servant conduct rules.
