Mr. Madan Singh, a co-accused with Nawab Pataudi black buck hunting in Jhajjar reported to the Representative of the International Organization for Animal Protection - OIPA in India Naresh Kadyan, Chairman - PFA Haryana that five people were detained by the Kulana Police along with their vehicle, arms & ammunition, dead bodies of the killed birds but today morning all accused were released with out taking any legal action, it is intimated by the complainant - informer that Police bribed with 20,000/- by these tainted peoples to get them free, they were released as well. Naresh Kadyan discussed this issue with the vice chairman of the Wildlife Trust of India then Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar, afternoon he approached the DGP, Chief Wildlife Warden Haryana for strict legal actions against above said offenders along with tainted Police officials. It would be pertinent to mention here that Mr. Balwan who is involved in this crime was also co-accused in Nawab Pataudi poaching case & the owner of Santro car amongst 4 sikh peoples serving as a Dy SP level in Delhi. Later evening one accused were arrested by the Police.............but no action yet against tainted In charge of the Police post.
