Another cattle train carrying cows for slaughter from above said same destination was also cought & FIR was lodged by Naresh Kadyan with GRP, Gaziabad on 28-12-2000, Allhabad High court also uphold the objections raised by Naresh Kadyan, this is the history stopping two cattle's trains carrying cows for slaughter with in 15 days here in India. The Govt. of India moved a bill in the Indian Parliament for introduction of a new legislation -

It is observed that Mamta Bannerjee is going to hold new assignment as a Indian Railway Minister & we are worried that again cows will be allowed to transport by rail towards West Bengal for slaughter hence we are in the opinion that ban should be continued in the internet of natural justice.
