Naresh Kadyan, Representative of OIPA in India - Chairman PFA Haryana | 20.05.2009 05:38

On December 10, 2000 Chairman of the People for Animals (PFA) Haryana Naresh Kadyan got information from the then union minister for social justice & empowerment Smt. Maneka Gandhi that a cattle trains carrying cows for slaughter from Qila Raipur (Punjab) to Hawarah in West Bengal - http://cattletrain-fir.blogspot.com/ then he searched this train which was diverted from Gaziabad to Tugalakabad in Delhi, this train was forcibly brought to Faridabad with out any signal, FIR was lodged with the GRP, Faridabad by Naresh Kadyan, another train was also cought on December 28, 2000 also....

There are certain guidelines issued by the Indian Railways along with the animal welfare divisions - Govt. of India & Animal Welfare Board of India read with the rules made out by the central / state Govt. People for Animals Haryana chairman lodged FIR against cattle trains with the GRP, Faridabad on 10-12-2000 -. http://www.tribuneindia.com/2000/20001217/haryana.htm#4 & moved in local court against this crime to download the cows, accused were punished by the local court but local Police failed to identified the cows on which oxytocin injections were misused to let down their milk.
Another cattle train carrying cows for slaughter from above said same destination was also cought & FIR was lodged by Naresh Kadyan with GRP, Gaziabad on 28-12-2000, Allhabad High court also uphold the objections raised by Naresh Kadyan, this is the history stopping two cattle's trains carrying cows for slaughter with in 15 days here in India. The Govt. of India moved a bill in the Indian Parliament for introduction of a new legislation - http://www.tribuneindia.com/2003/20030813/ncr1.htm#13
It is observed that Mamta Bannerjee is going to hold new assignment as a Indian Railway Minister & we are worried that again cows will be allowed to transport by rail towards West Bengal for slaughter hence we are in the opinion that ban should be continued in the internet of natural justice.
