The bait, which Assembly members and councillors have so enthusiastically taken, was the promise of 5,000 jobs to the region. This has already turned out to be a lie, and they have covertly admitted this. Stuart has also collected these admissions.
Come along to a special meeting on 23 August, 5.00pm in the Temple of Peace, Cathay's Park, the main focus of which will be to visit St Athan site. We will have one or two minibuses to take us there by about 6.45. We will then visit the chapel on the restricted military site and have an inspection of what is there and how far the building has progressed.
At the last meeting, a statement of opposition to the plans was agreed:
