Job Losses at Sheffield Call Centre

http://www.theregister.co.uk is reporting that 60 jobs are to go at Dixons call centre. There seems to be some disagreement as to whether the were protected by TUPE.

'A spokesman for Capita said that the redundancies were a "minor restructure of operations for the Dixons Group". He denied staff were given assurances about jobs, insisting the company has "abided by TUPE regulations throughout" '
