Ei Uncle Sam
Humberto de Assis Borges | 19.03.2003 08:48
here is a song for the moment and the movement. I would like to let it in the wind, as a message.
Only the American citizens mobilization will be able to hinder the slaughter in Iraq. For this it is necessary to acquire knowledge and to mobilize each time more the American population.
PLEASE, AMERICAN CITIZENS, STOP THE WAR!
DON'T YOU WANT IT?
YOU MUST DO IT!
WORK FOR IT!
Only the American citizens mobilization will be able to hinder the slaughter in Iraq. For this it is necessary to acquire knowledge and to mobilize each time more the American population. In the entire world, also, the people must inquire themselves, join themselves in mobilizations against the war, to also influence the American people.
So much people in the worse material situation (hunger, illiteracy, ignorance, illnesses, without housings) and those " hunters of oil cowboys" who dominate the government American want only to make the war, to wound, to kill and to take and pillage the others. Pay attention to their logic: to spend billions of US$ mobilizing army and weapons TO DESTROY what it was constructed with billions of US$S, and, later, to spend more billions of US$ to reconstruct it. Had not they perceived that all these billions of US$ could be used to CONSTRUCT a mount of things that is lacking for the majority of the population of this planet?

Ei Uncle Sam
(Humberto de Assis Borges)
Ei Uncle Sam
that only/allways makes the war
and devastates the land
where I have planted
dreams in the world
sure you are at bottom
a truly outlaw ei ei
ei Uncle Sam
Ei Uncle Sam
who deifies the money
and sabotages Havana
where I have found
from the grandpa to the grandson
the end of the illiterate
more light I will see ei ei
ei Uncle Sam
Bombs exploding atomic Hiroxima and Nagasaki
bacteriological bombs shot on China and Korea
children burning as torches napalm on Vietnam
a terror on our planet and nobody makes any idea of it
all of this is manufactured all of this is MADE IN USA
Uncle Sam
depleted uranium shot poor people of poor Iraq
it goes on killing and mutilating through several generations
and the carpet bombing on the Afghan land
a terror on our planet makes to fulfill all the curses
all of this is manufactured all of this is MADE IN USA
Uncle Sam
Ei Uncle Sam
you're the expression
of your citizen
not conscientious I know
it harmes us so much
and thinks that's normal
to be like a king ei ei
ei Uncle Sam
Ei Uncle Sam
in this my chore/drudgery
with the things of the life
I already dreamed American dream
I woke up in barrel of a gun
through where I've just entered ei ei
ei Uncle Sam
Firstly it had been the indians who overthrowned with your attack
Almost all they decimated and later the Mexicans
have lost their territory for the great Titã
a terror on our planet comes making many damages
all of this is manufactured all of this is MADE IN USA
Uncle Sam
In Latin America yet it goes and comes back tic tac
invasion intervention since before and after too
now and always bluring the vision of our morning sun
a terror on our planet only increases the CO2
all of this is manufactured all of this is MADE IN USA
Uncle Sam
Ei Uncle Sam
Just a little dust grain
is the entire Earth
where I have embarked
in the midst of the trip
bringing the luggage
I am part of the herd ei ei
ei Uncle Sam
