Pay attention to their logic: to spend billions of US$ mobilizing army and weapons TO DESTROY what it was constructed with billions of US$S, and, later, to spend more billions of US$ to reconstruct it. Had not they perceived that all these billions of US$ could be used to CONSTRUCT a mount of things that is lacking for the majority of the population of this planet?
