Royal Navy Recruitment Offices Occupied

For this act of defiance the local constabulary decided to arrest the lot of them! Having first been told they were going to be searched on suspicion of burglary they were then all arrested under the public order act and, on release hours later were told they faced charged of false imprisonment!
News reports were soon out that “A group of anti-war protesters on Friday stormed a university and took a Royal Navy officer hostage.” even though the demonstrators did all they could to get the officer in question to leave.
All 20 have been released on something resembling bail.
