The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement condemning the arrests of Juche Idea followers in south Korea

We have learnt the shocking news from south Korea , the fascist regime has arrested a total of 9 people for studying the Juche idea . According to the south Korean puppet news agency Yonhap "The Busan District Prosecutors' Office said they are suspected of publishing a number of books between 2010 and 2013 with pro-North content such as the North's guiding philosophy "juche ideology."
A 42-year-old doctor, whose identity was withheld, is also charged with possessing a total of 527 articles that are classified as benefiting the North, including the memoir of Kim Il Sung " .

In fascist south Korea the study of the Juche Idea is illegal under the horrendous "National Security Law" which has now been in force for over 60 years. The south Korean National Security Law denies south Korean people the freedom of study and choose their own ideology in accordance with their wishes and interests.
The recent arrests of Juche Idea followers in south Korea prove that south Korea is not a democracy but a fascist dicatorial society.
Our organisations , the Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association totally condemn this outrageous repression of Juche idea followers in south Korea. The south Korean people should be free to follow the Juche Idea. We demand the immediate release of the arrested Juche Idea followers !
