Leadership by example Colonel Zac Stenning OBE
Having been The Commanding Officer of 1000 men and women during a tour of the 12th Mechanized Brigade in the Nahr-e Saraj district of Helmand province on Operation HERRICK 16 between April and October 2012.Zac is no stranger to leadership by example. In Zac’s session we will learn how to translate the leadership of a disciplined environment like the army into the housing world.
