Jean Charles des Menezes scuplture destroyed

The lovely mosaic sculpture that was put up outside Stockwell tube station in London has been destroyed by workmen from the Underground.
For anyone who does not remember Jean Charles des Menezes was murdered by the Met Police and SAS in a massive cock up around a suspected terrorist. The cops shot the wrong man (Jean Charles).
There was a temporary memorial and this later became a permanent sculpture, this was destroyed today and new bricks have been put there. Dont know who did it but likely cops as they were really embarrassed by it or some other group linked to government. There is now an advertising poster on the wall saying about Oyster card.
