ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA slam UN "Human Rights Resolution"

ASSPUK ,JISGE annd UK KFA | 20.11.2014 10:45 | Globalisation | Other Press | Social Struggles

Recently the UN General Assembly passed a resolution attacking the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and basically calling for "regime change ". The resolution was based on fabrications and lies . It was only carried due to trickery and US neo-colonial pressure. This statement condemns the resolution and calls for full support for the DPRK in its struggle against
US imperialism

The ASSPUK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association issued a joint statement strongly condemning UN resolution "human rights" resolution against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and fully supporting the statement on the DPRK Foreign Ministry issued on the 20th of November ;

The UN resolution ,"A/C.3/69/L.28.Rev.1" on "human rights " in the Democratic People's Republic is a total travesty of justice as well as flagrant interference in the internal affairs of the DPRK ( a violation of sovereignty ) and is at the same time an insidious attempt to undermine and destroy the social system of the DPRK. We support wholeheartedly the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK which categorically rejects the resolution and rightly characterises the resolution as being US manipulated.

As such the so-called resolution is the product of the policy of US imperialism to undermine and destroy the socialist system of the DPRK. a people-centred socialist system chosen by the people themselves, by all kind of means . The US imperialists are using the UN as a tool in their silent and insidious war against the DPRK and the Juche Idea. As such it against both the letter and spirit of UN rules and procedures and effectively drags the name of the UN in the mud.
It goes against the UN Charter for the UN to interfere in the internal affairs of a member state. A very dangerous precedent has been created whereby the UN and the US imperialists have been given a carte blanche to interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign states.

The "Commission of Inquiry " report was based a complete travesty.a series of fabrications. The "evidence " was from a handful of "defectors " who have been proved time and time again as complete liars, untrustworthy turncoats and traitors. The so-called Inquiry excluded the views of the 20 million or so people who actually live in the DPRK. The Inquiry was presided over by a senile judge from a country that is known as a vassal state of the US.

The "UN resolution " is a product of intrigue by the US imperialists and the south Korean puppets as well as a number of other countries that are subservient to the US . Ironically the EU one of the main sponsors of the resolution is a deeply discredited body hated by the people in many of its member states . Many people in EU member states wish to break away from the EU. The US imperialists used neo-colonial manipulation and pressure on a number of countries to press gang them into voting for the resolution. If the US had not bribed and blackmailed many third world countries into voting for the resolution. It would have never been passed.

Our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA, have always made it clear that the biggest violators and abusers in the world are the US imperialists as well as south Korea and some Western countries. There is no human rights issue in the DPRK based it is based on the Juche Idea that upholds the independence and creativity of humanity .

We support the correct stance outlined by the DPRK Foreign Ministry in its statement to halt dialogue and co-operation in different fields with those states that follow the US and that are hostile to the DPRK. Moreover we fully support the stance of the DPRK to boost its nuclear capability without limit so to thwart US intervention and diktat.

Now is the time for all progressive people, anti-imperialists and Juche Idea and Songun Idea followers to rally around the DPRK and smash the US imperialists human rights offensive against the DPRK !

DEFEND THE D P R KOREA !
VICTORY TO SONGUN !
