One Peoples Public Trust Foreclose on Banks

A friend of mine told me recently that a group of people called The One People Public Trust have foreclosed on the banks. This, so I’m told, means that allegations of slavery have been submitted to the Uniform Commercial Code. For the banks to rebut this allegation they will have to prove the contrary, which, so I’m told, they can't.
"Any filing with the UCC that remains unrebutted stands as law. Claims made via the UCC – including the creation of Trusts – do not require expressed consent to validate them, they require rebuttal to invalidate them. UCC process requires that filings are publicly disclosed, and if left unrebutted, the filings become law"*
Could this be the beginning of the end? At last???!
