Uri Davies begins his discussion by enunciating that the Oslo Accords were a set back, "In my reading the Oslo Accords do not represent a Palestinian Victory, my reading of the Oslo Accords represents a Palestinian set back but the dissent that I voiced at the time was at the presentation of the Accords as Palestinian achievement, Palestinian victory. It was not.”
Uri Davies is an academic & a civil rights activist born to Jewish parents in Jerusalem. He describes himself as a Palestinian Hebrew and is an honorary research fellow at the University of Durham’s Institute for Middle Eastern & Islamic Studies (IMEIS) and at the University of Exeter and an author of several books.
