Mark Twain said "there are three types of lies, lies, damned lies and statistics", yet nobody is more skilled at lying than the Americans who do not publish useful information such as the fact that a Lancet study reports 1 million casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan. What has lead Phosphorous to cough up this gem of information about the evildoers is that there were nine people dead in International Waters not so many months ago. Five people down in renegade retaliation is nothing more than the Scales of Justice, not to mention the four stabbings reported in Bogota, Caracas, Rio De Janero and Saath London.
