Gary Speed - the Israel connection

Many media and sports commentators have been asking questions about the death of footballer Gary Speed. Why would a man happy, successful, wealthy and with a close family kill himself ?
Friends have talked about him being happy and laughing only 20 minutes before his death. He had discussed a family holiday in great detail and paid for it only three days beforehand.
The one factor that has been overlooked is the role of Israel in all this. Speed was the manager of the Wales football team and had been in negotiations with the Israeli FA to manage the national team there however it is known he decided against that move and had turned them down. Less than 24 hours after that refusal to be involved with Israel he was dead. What's more he had planned to give a press conference saying that it was concern over the plight of Palestinian refugees that had helped him to make up his mind. It seems likely that Speed was killed to prevent that news conference taking place.
