MY QUESTION;
why did leader of fulham council appear on national news,
claiming that HAMMERSMITH COUNCIL,
would be selling fulham town hall,
this building no longer come under the same constituansy,
hammersmith has its own CONSERVATIVE MP;

its very unusual,with these boundary changes,
i would have thought that this is a crime,
as a crime ,it should be fully investigated,
and criminal charges laid,

will you turn a blind eye,once again ,
as you did with the manner and actions of this council,
along with another social landlord.

when both party's, tampered with tenants rent account,
placing them in arrears.
magically making credit and over payment on there rent accounts. disappear.

then allowing a social landlord to claim that these over payment,being returned
by means of incoming rent having a deductions made at landlord,
returned to housing benefit.
this placed that tenant in arrears.
but does not explain where over payment went.

i would have thought these deductions and the fact its returned to housing benefit.
would bring the over payments back to my rent account readings to;
no credit,no arrears thus no action involved.

that would appear to be right.
but not in these cases.

both these social landlord are guilty of;
harassment, collusion,collaboration,fraudulent actions on rent accounts,

not conforming to normal manner of reviews/investigations.
recently in print; leader of council and lady mayor,argue over set down precedure's;
leader of council backs down from lady mayor, procedure then abused.

then for i accuse this lady mayor of unlawfull,illegal,purposely manipulation of fact,by her or those working under her instructions.

now you have no dealing with these people,i ask that you request a full and intense investigation on this ,a situation that is bigger than the MP fraud/ miss accounting of expenses.

you blieved them in 2005,now that there trying to steal the town hall,perhaps you will see,they should face full power of the laws of this land.
refusal to abide by written request under;
data protection act,freedom of information acts.
even to the point of interfering / advising court judges of there finding.
this is all factual.

do not let the people of your new constituanse down,as you did me.
