In the light of recent links between a botched arson attempt in Stoke and the EDL (see  http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2010/12/469662.html?c=on#c260722), its depressing (but perhaps not surprising) to see on the EDL forum "jokey" references to burning down mosques (see screenshot).

Presumably the EDL will claim that these are just harmless "jokes", but, really, how long can they keep claiming not to be racist or violent? The EDL are increasingly revealed as a gang of far-right idiots, who are doing nothing to reduce islamic extremism, but lots to increase community tensions.
