The Swedish Armed Forces had Foreknowledge of the Drottninggatan Bombs?

For anyone following the string of terror attacks since the start of the "War on Terror" it will come as no suprise that there is a claim that the Swedish Armed Forces had foreknowledge of the Drottninggatan bombs, see for example this article from 2006.
The current Wikipedia entry on the bombings contains the following:
Svenska Dagbladet claimed that a member of the Swedish Armed Forces warned an acquaintance to keep away from Drottninggatan several hours ahead of the bombings.[20] The message read, “If you can, avoid Drottninggatan today. A lot can happen there...just so you know.”[21] The Swedish Armed Forces denied having any prior knowledge of the attack but promised to investigate the matter further.[22]
