Anticuts Budget Day Lobby of Holyrood, Thurs 18 November

The PCS Union have called for a lobby of their members of the Scottish Parliament at the time of the Scottish budget. It is anticipated that Scottish ministers will announce their budget intentions on Thursday 18 November. The PCS are calling are asking their members to assemble at 11.30am outside the Scottish Parliament.
