Dwell on this, Citizen Dave!
The judge in turn said that having read both submissions, she felt that the case should be heard by a Circuit Judge, and that she was referring the whole matter to the Central London Court.
She also ordered that the plaintiff, Imran Malik, who according to his representatives in court was "out of the country, has no e-mail and cannot say when he will return" should make a witness statement within 28 days.
Security guards were frequently called upon to quell the noise outside the court both during and after the hearing. Once again we're seeing a coalition of support that can only strengthen their resolve and likely hood of long term success.
