For years there have been programs like kill it, cook it, eat it trying to show that it's ok to rear, kill and eat animals. Until I saw this video from animal aid I ate animals. I no longer will.

This video shows how we are all being lied to. The cruelty involved is far worse than I thought possible. If an animal rights campaigner on the streets had described this video to me then I'd have thought they were making it up. It's shocking.
