A mass picnic in wrexham has been in the offing for a while, a facebook group with over ,4,000 odd people joining are showing the police and local authoritys we can have a picnic with out permission,and your not going to inforce your laws on to us,
over the year a lot of bans have taken place outside the council main offices in wrexham town centre, no ball games, no music, this is the same town which will fine you £75 for throwing your fag end on the ground.
