Giorgos Mylonas was kidnapped by a popular Greek bandit, Vassilis Paleokostas, for a large ransom, though the police arrested Paleokostas, and another 3 men last summer, among them, thw two anarchists. The comrades claim they gave shelter to Paleokostas and supported him as to a person hunted by the police (he was a prison escapee at the time) and a friend (he met with P. Georgiades on his previous sentence for gas-canister attacks against private security vehicles and became cell-mates, bonding in common prison struggles).
