On Saturday I was able to get a great position right in front of the stage for the climate emergency rally, and so can bring you these video clips of the speeches and entertainment by folk band Seize the Day.

The rally had six demands to make:

1) An end to agrofuel use
2) 10% cut in carbon emissions by the end of 2010
3) An immediate ban on domestic flights
4) A 55mph speed limit and an end to the road building programme
5) Declaration of a state of climate emergency
6) Creation of a million green jobs by the end of 2010
