Kevin Rudd passes the buck on human rights abuses

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd
That they were not heard, that the law was repeatedly misapplied and that their courtroom audiotapes and transcripts were repeatedly severely edited to pervert the course of justice, as she told Brisbane Radio 4BC. https://publish.indymedia.org.uk/media/2009/08/435571.mp3
Her claims are corroborated by a retired court reporter’s signed and sworn statutory declaration and others.
Mr Rudd has ignored Ms Nash since he became Prime Minister and has declined to meet with her or respond to her correspondence.
He has passed the buck back to Queensland Labor Attorney General Cameron Dick, who like his predecessor Kerry Shine has refused to acknowledge the family since he was sworn into office in March.
Mr Dick has refused to explain to Parliament why he has ignored all her correspondence and phone calls and declined to meet with her like he did with foreign nationals.
John Mickel the former Queensland Labor Transport Minister and now Speaker of the House has declined to represent Ms Nash and her son who are his local constituents.
Labor Prime Minister Rudd may well be disappointed in not getting American media coverage for his recent UN speech, but that is nothing compared to the distress Ms Nash and her long suffering son are experiencing due to his dogged refusal to put party politics aside, intervene and show true leadership as a world leader on the international stage.
In Australia Mr Rudd is referred to as ‘The Honourable’ Mr Rudd, but is this sort of behaviour really honourable and befitting of a world leader demanding respect?
Due to lack of press freedom this matter has not been reported in Australia.
