The teacher Juan Esteban Yupanqui Villalobos was working on a part-time position as professor at the College of Santiago de Chuco, but in retaliation for his advocacy of the rights of indigenous communities in Santiago de Chuco have suspended the employment contract. They did so arbitrarily and abuse of power in complicity with the judiciary considering that the teacher Juan E. Yupanqui had won this contract in national public tender. But they have taken advantage of a unique process and judicial sentence for violating the labor rights of the other teacher. Because of this suspension of the employment contract they are violating the feeding of his daughter, also violating her rights to study and health, since she is chronic asthmatic and he is diabetic and hypertensive, but only because he defend the rights to education and the environment of their Native Indian Communities has been deprived of the right to work, health and education of both he and his daughter.
All this we considered the greatest outrage to the rights of this man and was committed only because he was express their voice of protest in defense of his brothers! we think that this is the greatest abuse of authority by using the judiciary to do for Juan Yupanqui without him be guilty in the matter.
The person responsible is a corrupt and venal judge who with the help of a person who has paid for the ruse have illegally removed the bread from the mouth to Indian professor Juan E. Yupanqui. So proceed the education authorities in the province of Santiago de Chuco.

So we insist:
1. the return of the teacher Juan Yupanqui to his job.
2. payment of damages to his health and that of her daughter, who are immeasurable.
3. also asked to cease these bad judiciary and the bad education sector in the city of Santiago de Chuco such as: Rafael Sachez Luis y Eduardo Flores Castro who proceeding insanity and illegally with the Professor Native Indian: Juan Esteban Yupanqui.
