Dissident Island Radio has had a busy summer so far...
We entered our terrible twos, went to Climate Camp in Blackheath (where we did some fab radio shows), streamed and archived music from Reclaim the Future V...
On tonight's show, airing live on Friday 18th September at 9pm, we'll be hearing from:
* Corporate Watch, the group that looks to critically examine aspects of corporate power in the economic and social fabric of daily life. We'll be discussing and expanding upon their latest issue on the art of funding, and will probably wander into discussions on other related topical issues...
* Folks organising the Key Party, part of the international days of action for squats and autonomous spaces;
* the Library House tells us about their first birthday! And urges people to get involved;
* We hear the latest word on the Vestas factory struggle;
* Now or Never, the self-proclaimed 2nd worst anarchist website in the UK and zine based in Norwich;
* the action that happened at the offices of the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and more related protest activity...
* and to end, a live DJ set to end the show from Sir Young Noel Edmonds himself!!
...plus music, announcements, news - and usual bollocks from the crazy kidz in the studio...
