Servers Seized For Second Time In 8 Months

Confidentialaccess | 12.08.2009 14:46

First our Hong Kong dedicated servers are seized during Dec 2008, then again from Netherlands in Aug 2009. It would seem UK authorities have more power these days than they care to admit. Men in Black is certainly no myth!

THE LATEST TRUBULENCE www.confidentialaccess.com

As our members will by now be aware; there have been developments with regard to the efforts by the UK authorities and their incessant attempts to silence CA once and for all. It is very sad to discover that despite the warnings from Management and other agents alike, those empowered by the erstwhile British public to protect and serve their best interests, have heeded nothing and learnt less.

The police were told that CA would not be silenced; they were warned that any disruption of service would be dealt with swiftly and with the impulsion made more formidable by the very game that is now, very much afoot.

THE LATEST EVENTS

A few days past, the data centre in The Netherlands, where our servers have been hosted since the disgraceful theft of our servers from the Hong Kong data centre during black Xmas, was visited by members of the UK authorities accompanied by Dutch Police, whereby, without serving any paperwork of any kind our servers were again stolen illegally.

The data centre staff described the actions of the UK police as melodramatic in the extreme. They acted as if they were big-time crime-busters and swept into the data centre grounds in unmarked vehicles in the style of a Hollywood blockbuster.

No papers were left with the data centre management and the theatrical manner in which the seizure was perpetrated, displays a great degree of fear from those who have ordered this most recent of illicit actions.

THE CA REACTION

The ongoing vendetta by the UK authorities against a legitimate corporation, can only serve to make us more determined than ever to continue serving the needs of our customers. We have asked the authorities directly, what it is that they are looking for and what specific charges they feel should be levied upon CA, but to date, these questions have not been answered.

Due to this silence we can only surmise one of the following has occurred:

• Those who pull the strings of the puppets who have acted out their pathetic little power play in The Netherlands, have realised that the recent revelations by CA Management that we hold records of yet un-named high level public figures, which may be damaging to the very political fabric of the Governmental structure has become so much of a political landmine, that actions have been authorised that are clearly above and beyond the remit of those commissioned to serve the public good.

• The failure of the Met police to bring an embarrassing itch to an end, has escalated to a personal blood feud, that has dispensed with the recognised legal channels and protocols and plunged the corridors of power into a despotic revenge machine, that will stop at nothing to achieve its twisted and unlawful ends.

THE END RESULT

The unfortunate results of the paranoia and unprofessionalism of the authorities involved, has been a disruption to our members and the good people we serve on this great ship. It has done little actual damage to CA, other than to give us all a few days off in order to regroup and restructure, ensuring that the integrity of our framework is stronger and more impermeable than ever before.

Whilst operating under the banner of public service and the common good, the officials involved - from the lackeys at the bottom to the corrupt puppeteers at the top - have proven their ineffectuality and their fraudulent activity in their very actions and the way they have ridden roughshod over the rights of the individual, circumventing all prosecutorial processes to try and alleviate their personal chagrin at not getting their own way.

IN CONCLUSION

CA has tired of the intrusions and the pitiful efforts of these overpaid, over-rated and deceitful public servants who have perpetrated thefts and seizures, from which they believe they can gain information. We have told these people that their efforts are wasted and constitute a grave misuse of both civil funds and public trust. We are not prepared to alter our M.O. on the basis of illicit raids when those involved have been given ample chance to state what they would like to see changed.
We are back and we will continue to strengthen and solidify our structure to allow us to rise again and again no matter how many times we are attacked. We are not prepared to keep asking for dialogue, only to be cheated and mistreated by operatives who display a moral fortitude more becoming of single-celled organisms than those who have pledged to uphold the very laws they have just breached.
