Ram Rao Patil was Vice President of NCP's youth wing and he is accused of cheating 100 dalit workers from 2004-2007 by taking loans against their names after acquiring their signatures on blank sheet with out their consent, complaint might be registered with the Nashik Police, till today offenders are absconding.............
