A book on animal related laws here in India compiled by Naresh Kadyan in Hindi which was released by the Speaker Haryana Assembly Dr. Raghuvir Singh Kadian at Chandigarh, Haryana Co-operative Minister in Panchkula, Avtar Singh Bhadana in Jaipur. This book was accepted by the Chairman, Animal Welfare Board of India Maj. Gen. Ram Mehar Khareb in Gurgaon, Dr. Chander Pal, Secretary to MSME (Govt. of India) in Gurgaon, Swami Agnivesh in Delhi and at last Sri Ravishanker Ji Maharaj also in Delhi.
It would be pertinent to mention here that this book was dedicated to the parents Dr. O.P. Kadyan and Smt. Prem Kaur marriage golden jubilee celebrations.
