Haryana was the part of joint Punjab but after partition till today Haryana is fighting for its share in water, area as well. After a long time then Punjab Govt. canceled the seven states agreement alone on Satluj Yamuna Link Canal -SYL which was challenged by the Naresh Kadyan in the High Court at Chandigarh, this PIL was admitted and kept pending till the final decision of the dispute in both states pending before Supreme Court of India.Haryana Govt. again work out on Hansi Butana link canal but again Punjab took this matter to Supreme Court only to hit the interest of public reside in the territory of Haryana.
Panchkula adjoining area of Chandigarh became unofficial capital of Haryana then why left claim on Chandigarh..?..let Punjab be think on it for the solution of the problem, no doubt Haryana and Punjab both are sharing Chandigarh as capital of both states, High Court as well.
Think...think.....think Govt. of Punjab, let us sit together, the leadership of both states to resolve all issues Naresh Kadyan said.
