New IS Measurement System (Revised after horse-jumping deaths)

The recent horse-jumping deaths and consequent sympathy has necessitated a revision in the International Measurement System. These newly revised units will be useful for all astronomical and particle physics experiments as well as the restructuring of neuropsychological human mental capacities (Although no change is needed with regard to the study of politicians and media personalities in this dimension).
Pleae note that the new system of units cannot be applied to the measurement of violence or any other atavistic human actions or emotions. In our studies these units are found to be totally objective and we thank the United States and British Governments for research grant number 617-617ACE.
