The Sri Lankan Government have stated that they will continue on with the proscriptive war against the Tamil civilian population until their representatives, the Tamil Tigers, are completely eradicated and their leader, Vellupillai Prabhakaran, is caught dead or alive.
The Sri Lankan Government are currently attempting to use the IMF (International Monetary Fund) to raise funds for the military slaughter with a loan of $1.9 Biliion USD to provide funds to offset losses in tourism as a result of the waging of the highly controversial war.
The IMF were recently re-funded by G8+12 nations to the tune of almost $1 Trillion USD.
Suspicions are now raised that the IMF will be using these funds to bankroll other nations involved in internal squabbles leading to fears that the IMF are creating the conditions for a new era of proscription based global regional instability.
