Masked Autonomen ransack the editorial offices of the Berlin Courier.

Yesterday afternoon a group of Leftist extremists ransacked the editorial offices of the Berlin Courier. At around 3pm five maksed black figures forced their way into the rooms which were on the 15th floor of a office block on Alexander Platz. They threw around shelves and furniture and pull computers off desks. Afterwards the figures escape from the office. It remained unclear until the evening whether they were able to leave the the building unseen. The police surrounded the building and checked all persons wanting to leave. Many other companies have their offices next to The Courier and the Berliner Zeitung. In the past few days accusations against the The Courier have been made on Leftist internet sites in connection with the „We won't pay for your crisis“ demonstration.

Luxury Car torched

Attacks on "Thor Steinar" Shop

28-Thor Steinar Shop smeared with colour

The controversial Thor Steinar shop in Berlin, Friedrichshain was for the third time in less than as many days attacked by unknown persons. On Sunday morning police discover colour smears on the shop blinds of the clothing business, whose products are popular with those in the extreme right scene. A police spokesperson made a statement that State security would be reponsible for investigating the political offence. The business in Petersburger Strasse was already attacked on Thursday and Friday.

29-The series of attacks on the business selling the clothing label Thor Steinar, popular with those on the extreme right, is unrelenting. On Saturday evening at about 19:00 around 20 people tried to get into the shop. When they were stopped they threw bottles at the entrance breaking the glass. The perpetrators escaped in an unknown direction. A political motivation has not been ruled out and state security has taken over investigations. Also on Friday night unknown persons threw two bier bottles at the Thor Steinar business in Petersburger Strasse in Friedrichshain.

Luxuary cars burn again

On Sunday night a new arson attack on luxuary cars took place. At around 2am in the morning on Korsörer Strasse a Jaguar was burnt. The fire also damaged a Golf that was parked in front of it. A flaming Porsche was noticed by a resident in Dunckerstrasse at around 3 am. Also here, through the effect of the heat a car standing next to it, a Peugeot, was damaged. It is thught to be a political act, State security investigates.

...and again and again: Paving stones and colour vs. Carlofts

24.03 On Tuesday night an unknown person threw paving stones at the glass front of a building on Liegnitzer Strasse, this caused a large window pane to be destroyed according to police reports. A worker from a security firm noticed this shortly after midnight. The person fled just before officers arrived. State security investigates as a political motivation is not ruled out.

26.03 Last night an unknown person threw a bottle filled with colour at a house in Kreutzberg. Witnesses noticed the black-dressed bike-rider at around 11pm on the corner of Reichenberger and Liegnitzer Strasse and alerted the police. Throught the impact a hole was made in the fascade, some of the red paint is still there. The perpetrator escaped.
