One thing that seems to have escaped the attention of the G20 superheroes, at least in public, is the extent to which their crisis is related to systemic fraud and ´liar loans´ in the deregulated financial climate created by the neoconservatives.

Check out this link to an unmissable interview aired on PBS in the US featuring a professor discussing the giant ponzi scheme that was the US economy.
