Nottingham City Council tries to fleece flickr members by using their pics for free.

Many are unhappy with the amount of money spent on Nottingham City Council's rather nauseating Stalinist 'Proud of...' propaganda campaigns.

So NCC has decided to save some cash by not paying for the pictures they use. But they'll credit you, which is very generous, and of course they're doing you a big favour by getting you exposure aren't they?
