Subject:- FIR against the Gurgaon Kennel Club through its Secretary Mr. Sharat Sharma, R/o D-6/18,DLF Phase-1,Gurgaon & all other participants along with the officials of the District administration responsible for criminal conspiracy.

Kindly refer to the Haryana Govt. notifications issued by the local bodies Department of the state, read with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

Event Rules:
In accordance with FCI rules and Regulations a DOG is permitted TO ENTER ONLY IN ONE CLASS PER SHOW.
Others Information:
Schedule of Breed Classes as per FCI Rules & Regulations (Applicable to all Four Shows) ALL KCI RULES ON “responsibilities of exhibitors” WILL APPLY. Accommodation can be arranged for outstation exhibitors on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis against advance payment.
As per the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 section 3, 11, 21 to 27 read with the notifications issued under section 38 of this act, we confirmed the violations of these sections along with the violation of the Haryana Municipal Corporation (Registration & Proper Control of Dogs) Bye-laws, 2008 issued on 27-6-2008. It would be pertinent to mention here that the performing animals should be registered with the Animal Welfare Board of India, animal can be transported after obtaining certificate from the Chairman, AWBI & small mother feeding pups can not be sold out read with the other related laws of the land.
Hence it is requested to lodge an FIR against the offenders along with the officials of the District administration responsible for criminal conspiracy, allowed the organizers to violate the laws of the land & effected animals may kindly be rescued.
