Dogs were tortured by the puppy mills promoters & mother feeding small puppies were sold out, performing animals were not registered with the Animal Welfare Board of India nor with the Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon. These participant dogs were transported with out obtaining transport permit in advance from the Chairman, AWBI said Naresh Kadyan, Chairman of the PFA Haryana.

Event Rules:
In accordance with FCI rules and Regulations a DOG is permitted TO ENTER ONLY IN ONE CLASS PER SHOW.
Others Information:
Schedule of Breed Classes as per FCI Rules & Regulations (Applicable to all Four Shows) ALL KCI RULES ON “responsibilities of exhibitors” WILL APPLY. Accommodation can be arranged for outstation exhibitors on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis against advance payment.
As per the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 section 3, 11, 21 to 27 read with the notifications issued under section 38 of this act, we confirmed the violations of these sections along with the violation of the Haryana Municipal Corporation (Registration & Proper Control of Dogs) Bye-laws, 2008 issued on 27-6-2008. It would be pertinent to mention here that the performing animals should be registered with the Animal Welfare Board of India, animal can be transported after obtaining certificate from the Chairman, AWBI & small mother feeding pups can not be sold out read with the other related laws of the land.
Hence it is requested to lodge an FIR against the offenders along with the officials of the District administration responsible for criminal conspiracy, allowed the organizers to violate the laws of the land & effected animals may kindly be rescued.
