Constant Moussavou: "Good news for now – Late Friday afternoon the Home Office has agreed to indefinitely stay the deportation order, pending the outcome of the judicial review hearing. Constant is very happy and would like to thank all of the people who’ve supported him, especially over the last 2 - 3 days. On behalf of Leicester Civil Rights Movement (LCRM), I’d also like to thank Peter Soulsby, Canon Naylor and his colleagues, NCADC/supporters and all of you for your representations over these last few critical days and hours. Constant is back in Oakington IRC and arrangements will have to be made for his release on bail, a matter that will be progressed by his new solicitors – please let me know if you are able to contribute towards the bail sum. The fight to make sure Constant remains in Leicester still goes on and LCRM will welcome your continued support – our next monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday 26th November at 7:00pm at the TREC office, Epic House, Lower Hill Street, Leicester. We’d be delighted to see you there!" Thanks once again and best wishes.
